Around The World 2005

We "were" traveling around the world and we want to share part of this adventure with you on this blog. The updates have been quite late but we will put the trip until the end, so check once in a while. Some cities have an hiperlink to a .kmz file. That is a Google Earth location file. If you have Google Earth installed it will take you to the city when you click on its name.

From Kathmandu

Hello,

tomorrow we will be leaving for a 25-day trekking in the Himalayan mountains around the Annapurna. We won't have access to the Internet and on our way back we will have to travel from Pokhara to Kathmandu, then New Delhi where we will catch a flight to Jakarta through Honk-kong. All that to tell you that unfortunetly we won't be able to publish anything until the 20 of April probably. We have all the posts ready for England and India, but we are having problems to upload our pictures from these slow Internet access points. BTW, it would be nice if you could leave some messages on our blog once in a while...
So far we are having lots of fun. Let's meet again in a month!!!

Trekking in the Himalays should be awesome...Try to eat the sweet called 'rabdi' in New Delhi. Its supposed to be famous from there.

Have a nice trek. Looking forward to hearing your comments and experiences from India once you get back!

Hey guys,

It appears you are visiting all of the right places. I am bit surprised, however, that Alsace looks very much like Russia in mid-winter. Oh well, thank you for disabusing me of the notion that the place is covered in vineries and old monasteries. :-)

BTW: Adriano, I hope you know that TW was killed. Rick resigned. I moved to the Exchange. Dan is doing requirements now. Glen, Dominic, Hans are all gone to other places. Yu Lei is in Common Software and so is Bruce. Manish, Darmesh and Mike G are still around and so is Charlie. You departure was well timed.

Well, Bon Voyage!!! I hope to see the breathtaking pics from the Himalayan. If you see a snow man – run for your life :-)

Climbing season will start soon, and I cann't wait to go climbing outdoor. Wish you are here. But, I'm sure - it's much fun more fun over where you are now! he...he... so enjoy them all my dear friends!
